Inspired by Joseph Conrad’s novel “Set of Six”, this cocktail lounge brings to life the writer’s real-life adventures. At the tender age of 21, Conrad sailed across South-East Asia alongside the famous Captain James Craig, after whom Craig Road, where the lounge is situated, is named.
Greeted by scents influenced by the Far East voyages of the renowned writer, unique decorations and found antiques remind us of the adventure stories from the Vidar, Captain Craig’s sailboat, and are complemented by the curated libations served in the Parlour.
Warm wood tones, green hues, and lush palms bring about a tropical atmosphere with accents inspired by travel and fashion of the 1880s colonial era. Enticing and amusing décor captivate the eyes, taking guests on a mystical journey across the tropics.
