Fireplace By Bedrock
ASADO RESTAURANT
SINGAPORE
Fireplace by Bedrock honors Argentina’s Quebracho Tree, known for its dense wood traditionally used in Asado grilling. Spanning 297 square meters, the restaurant’s interior features rammed earth walls, furniture, and custom artworks that all reflect the gradient of rich colors of the Quebracho tree, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.
The main dining area, centered around an open fire, invites culinary theatrics, while warm timber and patinated zinc accents evoke the spirit of Asado grilling. A semi-private dining space, adorned with a bespoke leather art piece and brass pendant light, offers an intimate setting. Outdoors, a retractable canopy enhances the al fresco dining experience. The custom artworks were commissioned specifically for the restaurant, crafted from leather off-cuts generated during the production of the furniture, adding a unique, sustainable touch to the design.
More than just a dining destination, Fireplace by Bedrock celebrates fire, flavor, and camaraderie, accommodating up to 102 guests. The design seamlessly transitions from a lush terrace to a dynamic show kitchen, creating an immersive, multi-sensory experience.
