Hotel 1900

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Chinatown, this boutique hotel is housed within a series of heritage shophouses, their iconic architecture blending tradition with modern sophistication. The design concept draws on the refined elegance of modern Art Deco design, where clean geometric lines meet the relaxed spirit of the tropics.

The hotel’s lobby lounge extends effortlessly onto the historic five-foot way, inviting guests to unwind amidst lush greenery and cozy seating areas that merge the indoor and outdoor spaces. Inside, the material palette features a rich combination of darkened bronze, Sahara Noire stone, and supple tanned leather, creating a warm and timeless atmosphere.

Spanning five two-bay, four-storey conservation shophouses, the project encompasses a gross floor area of 40,900.85 sqft. Level 1 is dedicated to the hotel lobby and F&B offerings, while Levels 1 through 4 house a total of 134 elegantly designed guestrooms. This renovation project involved a full A&A restoration and a comprehensive rebranding of an existing hotel, with a complete interior fit-out to embody its new identity.
