The hallmark of Lerouy, a 220 square meters culinary gem, lies in its Carte Blanche menu – a celebration of surprise, where Chef Christophe Lerouy crafts tasting menus inspired by the seasons and his boundless creativity. Every dish unfolds like a revelation, elevating the Michelin-starred experience through innovation and unexpected delights. The restaurant’s ambiance mirrors the chef’s desire to preserve an air of mystery, heightening the thrill of discovery for discerning gourmets.
Drawing upon the theatrical, our design transforms the space into a stage where each element is set for dramatic effect. Curtains play a pivotal role in this narrative. Like those in a theater, they conceal secrets when closed and unveil magic when drawn. These curtains, much like doors, delineate spaces with intentional fluidity – alternating between moments of concealment and revelation. At the entrance, the bar serves as a suspenseful prelude, leading guests on a gradual journey of discovery before revealing the heart of the dining room.
The main room itself becomes the theater hall, with tables artfully arranged to face the “stage”—the open kitchen—where guests can witness Chef Lerouy and his team perform their culinary craft.
